While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not be held liable for any indirect losses arising from a delayed delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to request the translation of the documents you provide. The quality of the final translation depends significantly on the legibility and clarity of the source documents provided by you.

4. Accuracy and Corrections

We take pride in our high accuracy rate. If you discover any factual errors or omissions in the delivered translation, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct any errors on our part free of charge. This does not cover stylistic preferences or changes to the original source text after translation has commenced.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to the commencement of translation work unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. We accept various forms of payment as detailed on our invoices. All sales are final once the translation process has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability

Certified Translation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific translation service in question.
